Information & Registration

It is part of the long tradition of the Bürgenstock Conference that participation in the event is by invitation only. All participants that were registered and approved for the event in 2020 are automatically invited to join the 2021 e-Bürgenstock Conference.

The number of participants incl. the lectureres, the JSP and the organizing committee members is limited to 120.

If you were not registered for the 2020 event but are interested to join the e-Bürgenstock Conference 2021, please apply for one of the few extra places (waiting list).

Online Conference

The Event will be held online in a virtual conference room.

During the registration process, you will generate a login for the conference website. After the login you will find a 'Join the Conference' button on this site and on the symposium main page  that guides you to the virtual conference room.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy for Registrations
No registration fee will be refunded for participants' cancellations later than 14 days before the conference starts.

Alteration or Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or program of the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizers will refund any registration fees paid, and this refund shall be the full extent of the organizers’ liability to the delegate arising out of such cancellation.

Privacy Statement
The information given to the organizers will be recorded in the organizers’ databases and will be used for administration purposes. The collected data underlies the Swiss Data Protection law.
The organizers may take photographs, and include any of these photographs on its websites.
You are not permitted to record any part of the presentations or to take pictures of slides.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Jurisdiction for any dispute arising from or in connection with the conference shall exclusively be the courts of the city of Bern (domicil of the SCS).
